Maximillian Ashwill founded Ed4Dev with the belief that the success of international development publications lies in their ability to enhance the impact of development work. This goal demands writers and editors who are well-versed in the technicalities of international development and can help teams identify and communicate their unique contributions to the international development space. Maximillian’s own expertise embodies these qualities: He’s both an accomplished editor and a seasoned international development specialist. His classical training in economics and social development, combined with over 20 years of development experience with institutions like the World Bank, Peace Corps, and USAID, has equipped him with the strategic and technical insight needed for maximizing the impact of development publications. As a professional editor, his extensive portfolio includes research, authorship, and editing credits in more than 100 published international development reports.
